Join us beyond Sunday mornings to train, bond, and thrive!

BBAC doesn’t stop on race day. We train in small groups during the week.

Many members get together during the week to enhance their fitness and have a good time with friends. This is an opportunity to fine-tune your technique, increase your cardiovascular ability and improve your times for our Sunday morning events.

The camaraderie developed during these experiences enhances the joy of fitness and creates bonds that extend far beyond the finish line. Examples of BBAC training sessions are listed below. Talk to our members to find out more.

🏊 Monday Morning Swim
Location: Bexley Pool (Angelo Anestis Aquatic Centre)
Start the week with a refreshing swim to build your technique and stamina. You will feel energised and ready to tackle the week ahead.


🏃 Tuesday Morning Run
Location: Departs from the BBAC Clubhouse.

Seasoned runners and amateurs together improve their pace and endurance. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, this session will help improve your running pace and endurance. After the run, coffee and a beach swim are optional.


🏊 Friday Night Swim
Location: Sans Souci Leisure Centre

Unwind from the workweek with a sunset swim session focused on strength and speed. Alternatively, you can revitalize and destress as you glide through the water, enjoying the rhythm of your strokes. Either way, you will be promoting your physical fitness and mental well-being.


🚴 Saturday Morning Club Ride
Location: we meet locally then depart for Kurnell, Waterfall, or the National Park. Various groups are tailored for challenges all levels.
